About The Position
We are looking for a strategic and experienced Manager to join our Transformation Management Office and lead finance-led transformation initiatives. In this high-impact role, you will lead the transformation of our financial planning and analysis (FP&A) capabilities and broader finance processes, partnering across the organization to drive automation, scalability, and process excellence. This role requires deep expertise in core finance areas-such as budgeting, planning, forecasting, and reporting as well as proven experience leading cross-functional initiatives in a dynamic, high-growth environment. You'll play a critical role in executing transformation strategies that streamline financial operations, implement innovative systems, and promote standardized, efficient workflows.
