The Manager, Finance Systems is responsible for managing and maintaining Oracle EPM applications—including Budget & Planning, PCMCS (Profitability and Cost Management Cloud Service), and EDM (Enterprise Data Management)—to ensure accurate financial modeling, cost allocations, and profitability analysis. The role also supports monthly profitability processing and reporting and contributes to the development of the Long Range Plan (LRP).

  • Oversee the configuration, maintenance, and optimization of Oracle EPM Budget & Planning modules to support enterprise-wide budgeting, forecasting and reporting.
  • Manage PCMCS cost allocation models, ensuring accurate and timely allocation of shared services, operational costs, and product-level profitability.
  • Maintain EDM hierarchies and metadata, ensuring consistency across financial systems and alignment with reporting structures.
  • Process and validate monthly profitability metrics across business lines, products, and customer segments.
  • Assist in the development and execution of the Long Range Plan.
  • Ensure data integrity, system security, and compliance with internal controls, regulatory requirements, and audit standards.
  • Document system processes, allocation methodologies, and financial assumptions for transparency and audit readiness.
  • Partner with IT, Finance, Treasury, and other departments to align system capabilities with evolving business needs.
  • Support cross-functional projects related to profitability improvement, cost transparency, and financial system enhancements.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
  • 3 - 5 years of experience in financial systems management, preferably within banking or financial services.
  • Hands-on technical experience with Oracle EPM Cloud (Planning, PCMCS, EDM).
  • Strong understanding of cost allocation methodologies, profitability modeling, and financial planning.
  • Proficiency in financial reporting tools, Smart View, and data analysis platforms.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and project management skills.
  • Estimated base salary range for this position is $90,000 USD to $110,000 USD.
  • Eligible for incentive compensation.
