Directs physician compensation program and plan design. Evaluates physician compensation strategies, new physician hire compensation to include development of compensation levels for new pro formas, and conducts internal evaluations and assessments to ensure compliance. Develops and aligns strategies, initiatives, pay practices, and supporting infrastructure to achieve results that align with goals and opportunities established within the enterprise. Subject matter expert in providing information on market trends and strategies that impact provider compensation. Model and develop compensation plans for specialty groups and individual plans, along with advising on best practices with the operational and medical leaders. Must have physician compensation, monthly, quarterly provider true up experience. Familiarity with quality metrics, modeling and analytics in addition to budgeting and GL month end close experience.
