Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business or related field with 6-8 years of experience in the area of business analysis, management reporting or related field
• Demonstrated leadership and organizational skills required to lead P&L creation, partner cross functionally and work independently
• Self-starter with ability to meet deadlines, proactive approach to learning and results oriented
• Ability to navigate unfamiliar situations with resilience and critical thinking (high sense of comfort with ambiguity)
• Strong Excel & PowerPoint skills required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills

Nice To Haves

• Power BI experience desirable

Responsibilities

• As a Finance Manager you will work in close collaboration with the Brand GM, Marketing team and Sales team
• Manage the end-to-end financial processes including but not limited to forecasting, planning, analysis and audit compliance
• Manage the financial reporting of the designated Brand portfolio including Power BI dashboards and interfacing with the global shared service center
• Provide data-backed advice to drive strategic business decisions
• Support regional initiatives and collaborate with brand controllers to improve the status quo
• Continuously work to streamline, automate, and improve processes
• Provide ad hoc financial support to the Brand marketing and sales team
