About the team: We’re a data-driven, results-oriented Finance team that partners with business leaders to influence decisions and drive outcomes delivering shareholder value—while helping customers save money and live better. This role is a critical thought partner, working cross-functionally to analyze, shape, and transform the Marketplace business. You’ll lead forecasting, closing, and performance storytelling efforts that provide actionable insights and guide executive decisions to accelerate Marketplace growth

Requirements

• Experience in eCommerce or a related field.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• A sense of ownership and accountability.
• Ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and simply, both verbally and visually.
• Analytical mindset with experience building financial models.
• Attention to detail and a drive for high standards.
• Curiosity and a willingness to ask questions and learn.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field and 2 years’ experience in accounting, finance, or relevant area OR 4 years’ experience i n accounting, finance, or related area.

Responsibilities

• Provide financial analysis and insights to support business forecast, close, and decision-making for the Marketplace and broader eCommerce business.
• Use digital tools and data to generate business insights and support ongoing projects.
• Build and maintain relationships across teams to improve communication and align on key initiatives.
• Support the execution of company strategies, deliver results, and contribute to team development.
• Assist the business in making efficient decisions by analyzing costs and benefits.
• Prepare financial support and business cases for important projects and initiatives.
