About The Position

We seek a dynamic individual to drive Digital transformation within our Finance function. This hands-on lead role involves implementing and operating projects, partnering with internal and external teams. The candidate must have strong technical and leadership experience with finance platforms like SAP ERP, Blackline, Concur etc. in large multinational corporations or similar complex environments.

Requirements

• Master's Degree with 3+ years experience in managing Financial Digital Systems for medium to large global enterprises, OR Bachelor's Degree with 5+ years experience in managing Financial Digital Systems for medium to large global enterprises.
• 2+ years of overall SAP Finance (FICO) experience specifically in SAP General Ledger (GL) and Controlling modules (CO).
• 2+ years experience with Finance Record-To-Report (RTR) processes and ability to map business requirements to standard SAP processes or other packaged solutions.

• Focused on achieving results and capable of implementing new solutions in accordance with the organization's or function's strategy.
• Capable of making quick, tough decisions to meet critical business needs and deadlines.
• Experience with S4 HANA Central Finance and other solutions like Blackline, Concur etc.
• Good understanding and experience of modern software development methodologies and experience with SAP implementation methodologies.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills with high internal drive with an ability to work with ambiguous and incomplete information.
• Strong relationship building and influencing skills; able to mediate opposing viewpoints; work well in a team environment.
• Strong organizational skills and experience working with decision makers in a fast-paced, matrixed organization.
• Ability to communicate with key business partners clearly and succinctly is essential, including senior executives.
• Excellent written, visual, and oral communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• As a product owner, leads teams throughout project planning, analysis, design, build, test, launch, and support phases.
• Builds and sustains strong relationships with functional owners and technical teams, leveraging technical and process expertise to drive engagement.
• Oversees the collaboration with external implementation partners, software vendors, and service providers.
• Participates in creating requests for proposals/quotes and contributes to developing project proposals and statements of work.
• Manage ongoing operations to ensure solutions are performing as expected and meeting or exceeding expectations.
• Partner with vendors and system providers to evaluate platform capabilities and identify opportunities for innovation, cost savings, productivity, process improvement, and better user experience.
• Build strong cross-functional relationships to improve best practices, enhance solution quality, and increase user adoption.
