Requirements

  • Minimum five years of recent, progressive accounting and finance experience; preferably within a professional services environment
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or related field from an accredited college or university
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite applications including Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Experience with data retrieval and reporting systems such as Hyperion Financial Management, PeopleSoft Financials, SAP, and Business Objects HANA
  • Experience with business analytics tools (Alteryx, Power BI, Tableau are some examples) preferred
  • Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the preparation and analysis of various monthly financial reports
  • Work with functional leaders in developing their annual plan, quarterly forecasts, and projections
  • Routinely review, analyze financial results, communicate variances and recommend solutions with team and functional leader
  • Provide decision support through modeling and ad hoc analysis
  • Lead or participate in team projects and continuous improvement opportunities and initiatives
  • Support functional CFO with ad hoc projects
