About The Position

Figma is growing our team of passionate creatives and builders on a mission to make design accessible to all. Figma’s platform helps teams bring ideas to life—whether you're brainstorming, creating a prototype, translating designs into code, or iterating with AI. From idea to product, Figma empowers teams to streamline workflows, move faster, and work together in real time from anywhere in the world. If you're excited to shape the future of design and collaboration, join us! Millions of students and educators around the world are in Figma every day, and we need a strategic, entrepreneurial leader to scale our impact. As Head of Figma for Education, you'll own our global education strategy across K–12, higher ed, and bootcamps. You'll set the vision, scale what's working, and build what's next—from international expansion to classroom-first product experiences. If you're energized by building 0-to-1, shaping products for educators, and scaling global programs, we’d love to hear from you! This is a full time role that can be held from one of our US hubs or remotely in the United States.
