About the role: Senior Program Manager of Content Creation/ Manager Field Training
The core function of the job is developing a content strategy based on company’s business objectives and needs. Oversee content requirements and create content strategy deliverables across campaigns and partnerships. It requires establishing performance metrics, reviewing results, and recommending optimizations. It also includes ongoing reporting and scanning of new platforms (digital, social media), content audits as well as gap analyses.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Communications or Marketing or equivalent experience
• 3-5 years in marketing, writing, and learning and development
• At least two years direct experience in content development
• Project Management experience
• Experience with Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel), Content Management Systems (Drupal, WordPress, or similar), Layout/Design Software (Adobe) and social listening tools (preferred)
• High-level thinker
• Standout idea generator
• Critical attention to detail - produces accurate, high-quality work
• Strong communication skills and ability to communicate strategies for stakeholders
• Project management skills
• Ability to work independently and build strong relationships with stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Conduct research and social listening to identify relevant topics, fact-check, and analyze sources to generate information.
• Create Content Strategies aligned to enterprise goals and objectives.
• Target content to target audiences and look for content that is in demand.
• Establish metrics, pull analysis, track and review results, and recommend optimizations to meet plan.
• Develop compelling and robust content plan to support all learning and training materials for Full Service
• Create and maintain learning journey frameworks and content migration plans
• Write and edit content in-line with CosmoProf brand
• Coordinate cross functionally to ensure deliverables are timely and meet company standards
• Research, conduct and maintain identification of best-in-class practices to ensure content and learning materials are inclusive, succinct, and best in class
• Promote and protect brand voice, target audience, brand positioning and competitive training content. Partner with cross functional partners and external industry experts to drive content forward.
• Ensures field associates receive engaging, creative, accurate and timely information needed to successfully execute initiatives and achieve sales and customer experience objectives
