About The Position
The Manager Field Systems Engineering for Refrigeration at ALDI is responsible for supporting field investigations, commissioning, and training stakeholders on refrigeration, HVAC, and control systems within stores. This role involves collaboration with ALDI Facilities and Construction teams, equipment manufacturers, and other stakeholders to implement strategic initiatives and resolve complex mechanical issues. The position aims to educate and support internal and external stakeholders on technology deployed to optimize energy use, system uptime, and sustainability goals.
