The Manager, Field Operations (Commercial, Medical Affairs) at BeiGene will play a crucial role in shaping the Commercial and Medical Affairs strategy, optimizing processes, and ensuring the effective execution of key initiatives that support the launch and commercialization of BeiGene's Oncology portfolio in North America. This position is integral to the success of the organization, reporting directly to the Associate Director of NA Commercial & Medical Affairs Operations. The Manager will collaborate closely with internal teams to support Sales, Marketing, and Medical Affairs stakeholders, driving continuous improvements in field tools and identifying innovative methods to provide essential business insights that will help achieve desired outcomes in Commercial and Medical Affairs. In this role, the Manager will establish a strong business partnership with the Commercial and Global Medical Affairs teams to understand their priorities and collaboratively create a roadmap that delivers timely business insights and technical solutions. The Manager will also provide front-line support to the Sales, Field Marketing, and Field Medical Affairs teams, ensuring the highest integrity and quality in reporting and analytics. This includes establishing a support framework for resolving issues raised by stakeholders and partnering with training teams to deliver effective training on data and tools to field teams. The Manager will monitor and analyze performance metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement, creating and presenting performance reports to senior leadership. They will support the execution of sales strategies by aligning with marketing on rollout plans and ensuring that sales teams have the right tools to execute efficiently. Additionally, the Manager will engage with stakeholders to develop tool roadmaps that support business strategies and work with the Business Analytics team to implement strategic initiatives into field tools for seamless execution. Collaboration is key in this role, as the Manager will work closely with marketing to align sales and marketing strategies and collaborate with data strategy partners to ensure the completeness and timeliness of data flowing to reporting layers. This position requires a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage and provision large amounts of data to enable effective business analysis.
