Lithionics is looking for a highly organized, operationally minded marketing professional to help scale how we support dealers, OEM partners, and industry events. This role sits at the intersection of marketing, sales, engineering, and customer experience. The Manager of Field Marketing & Dealer Enablement will lead our presence at industry events while also building the tools, training, and materials that help our dealer and OEM partners confidently sell and support Lithionics power systems. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-moving environment, enjoys working cross-functionally, and is equally comfortable planning a trade show, building a dealer training deck, or delivering product presentations and training sessions for dealers and OEM partners. This role is critical to ensuring Lithionics shows up professionally, communicates clearly, and equips our partners with the knowledge and tools they need to succeed.
