About The Position

Lithionics is looking for a highly organized, operationally minded marketing professional to help scale how we support dealers, OEM partners, and industry events. This role sits at the intersection of marketing, sales, engineering, and customer experience. The Manager of Field Marketing & Dealer Enablement will lead our presence at industry events while also building the tools, training, and materials that help our dealer and OEM partners confidently sell and support Lithionics power systems. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-moving environment, enjoys working cross-functionally, and is equally comfortable planning a trade show, building a dealer training deck, or delivering product presentations and training sessions for dealers and OEM partners. This role is critical to ensuring Lithionics shows up professionally, communicates clearly, and equips our partners with the knowledge and tools they need to succeed.

Requirements

  • Strong presentation and public speaking skills with the ability to clearly explain technical concepts to dealers, customers, and partners
  • Experience planning and executingtrade shows,events, dealer meetings
  • Ability to coordinatelogisticsincluding vendors, shipping, booth setup, etc.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to build presentations and training materials
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work cross-functionally across departments
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive, problem-solving mindset in fast-paced environments
  • Travel: Approximately 20–40% travel for trade shows, dealer meetings, and events
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field preferred
  • 4–7 years of experience in marketing, field marketing, sales enablement, or related roles

Responsibilities

  • Own the planning and execution of Lithionics’ presence at key industry events.
  • Plan and manage trade shows, dealer meetings, conferences, and customer events
  • Coordinate eventlogistics: booth setup, signage, shipping, and on-site execution
  • Work with internal teams to align event goals, messaging, and staffing
  • Support on-site event execution and partner engagement
  • Manage relationships with event vendors and partners
  • Track event performance andidentifyopportunities to improve event impact
  • Support event strategy and measure performance to ensureLithionicsevents generate meaningful customer engagement and sales opportunities
  • Support or lead product presentations, training sessions, and partner briefings during events and dealer meetings
  • Develop the training materials and sales tools that help dealers, OEM partners, and the Lithionics sales team clearly understand and communicate our systems.
  • Create,maintain,and deliverdealer and OEM presentations, training decks, and product education
  • Develop contentforlithium fundamentals, system design, and product capabilities
  • Support dealer training sessions, webinars, and partner education programs
  • Manage dealer portal content and organize partner-facing documentation
  • Collaborate with engineering and sales teams to translate technical information into clear, practical materials
