About The Position

Repair the World is seeking a detail-oriented Manager, Field Activation, who will be instrumental in building and expanding our 'Powered By' initiative, coordinating educational content across field activation programs, and providing essential operational support to the JSA (Jewish Service Alliance). The Manager will provide essential coordination and support for Jewish service learning content development and program implementation across our field activation portfolio. The successful candidate will serve as a critical bridge between educational content creation and practical program execution, ensuring that learning materials are effectively organized, distributed, and implemented at scale across diverse partnership contexts. This position offers a unique opportunity to shape the infrastructure that enables the Jewish Service Movement to scale and thrive worldwide.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of Experience: Including a track record of project coordination, program support, or content management experience
  • Working in collaborative, multi-stakeholder environments
  • Supporting educational programming or learning experience logistics
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills
  • Technology Proficiency: Comfort with content management systems, G-Suite, project management platforms (Monday, Asana, etc.), and ability to learn new systems as needed (Salesforce, educational platforms, etc.)
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication abilities, with experience facilitating communication between multiple parties and providing clear, organized updates and documentation
  • Jewish Engagement: Interest in and commitment to Jewish values-based programming, with understanding of how Jewish learning integrates with community service experiences
  • Flexible Schedule: Availability to support occasional evening and weekend programming, partner convenings, and training events based on partner and program needs

Responsibilities

  • Support research and strategy development to drive Powered By program growth and expansion
  • Coordinate and manage 1-3+ Powered By pilot programs
  • Develop comprehensive project plans and timelines for pilot implementation and evaluation
  • Provide logistical and administrative support for Powered By Initiatives, including coordinating MOUs
  • Facilitate communication and best practice sharing between Powered By leaders and organizational leadership
  • Serve as the primary liaison between Powered By teams and the Data & Evaluation Team
  • Partner with Repair’s Marketing and Communications teams to support Powered By storytelling efforts, collateral development, and strategic messaging
  • Liaise with field activation and Jewish education teams to coordinate timelines, workplans, and logistics to ensure seamless implementation of educational resources across all Field Activation programs and partnerships
  • Organize and maintain robust content libraries and toolkits, ensuring materials are current, accessible, well-formatted, and effectively distributed to partners and internal staff
  • Support systematic documentation of content development processes, including version control management, consistent formatting standards, and comprehensive tracking of updates and iterations
  • Liaise with partners and internal teams to ensure alignment on educational deliverables and troubleshoot content-related implementation issues
  • Provide logistical and administrative support for learning components of partner convenings, webinars and trainings, including scheduling, preparation of materials, technical support, notetaking and follow-up
  • Develop and maintain effective systems and detailed project plans to support consistent, high-quality execution of programming at scale
  • Provide support for convening JSA stakeholders throughout the year
  • Support additional JSA projects and initiatives as needed
  • Represent Repair and the JSA at external convenings, conferences, and partner meetings, including travel as needed
