Under the direction of the Arts & Science Vice Dean for Inclusive Excellence, the Manager of Faculty Programming manages and facilitates orientations, discussion sessions, and programming for faculty at Arts & Science. The Manager also develops support structures, tracks and measures progress and efforts, and coordinates both internal and external collaborations. Additionally, they provide oversight and support to the development, implementation, and assessment of the Arts & Science equity and engagement programming supporting faculty populations.

  • Master's Degree
  • 5+ years experience developing and facilitating academic equity and faculty development programming
  • budget management, development/grant/fundraising experience
  • Excellent written, verbal, and organizational skills
  • Ability to effectively communicate and engage with all levels
  • Knowledge of best practices for equitable searches, inclusive excellence in academia and restorative practices
  • Intermediate knowledge of google suite, excel, and other data tracking and analysis tools
  • Proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate project and program needs
  • Experience in higher education working with faculty
