The Manager of Facility Design & Construction leads the planning, design, and execution of healthcare construction and renovation projects across CarolinaEast Health System. This role ensures all projects are functional, compliant, cost effective, and delivered on schedule. The Manager oversees internal construction resources, external consultants and contractors, and ensures full regulatory compliance while maintaining a safe and uninterrupted patient-care environment.
