About The Position

The Regional Utility Associate supervises associates by maintaining confidentiality of personal and payroll information, writing performance evaluations, and training Critical Parts Warehouse associates. This role involves monitoring associate behavior and performance, ensuring schedules are followed, and creating time and attendance reports. The associate will also respond to emergencies, outages, and alarms, creating proactive recovery plans and coordinating with different departments. Additionally, the position oversees environmental compliance practices, manages financial planning processes, and develops relationships with key stakeholders to meet business needs. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field and 2 years’ experience in facilities management, construction management, engineering, or related area OR 4 years’ experience in facilities management, construction management, engineering, or related area.

  • External work experience supervising maintenance personnel in an optical, pharmaceutical, or manufacturing environment.

  • Creates time and attendance reports and identifies discrepancies.
  • Responds to emergencies and outages by creating recovery plans.
  • Oversees project timelines and coordinates changes.
  • Manages environmental compliance practices in the facility.
  • Develops and manages financial planning processes.
  • Coordinates job-related activities and builds relationships with stakeholders.
  • Provides supervision and development opportunities for associates.
