As a Manager, Building Automation Engineer in the Critical Infrastructure and Campus Engineering team, you will play a critical role in ensuring an efficient and cost-effective operation of Walmart's state-of-the-art 350-acre Home Office campus and the overall corporate real estate portfolio in North America. You will be responsible for leading a team to manage, monitor, and maintain our building automation systems (BAS) and smart building technologies, providing strong analytical and problem-solving skills, communicating and collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders, and implementing solutions to complex problems while maintaining a focus on the associate's workplace experience and minimizing operational costs.
