At Walmart, we're seeking a dynamic and experienced Manager, Facilities Maintenance Operations to oversee the predictive and preventative maintenance of our facilities within a regional area. In this role, you'll lead a team of dedicated technicians, ensuring our buildings operate efficiently and sustainably while providing a safe and comfortable environment for our associates and customers. Role Detail: Oversees all general predictive and preventative maintenance of overall building (Plumbing, Electrical, Structural, etc.) for multiple facilities within the region. (Usually less than 200-mile radius) Directly leads technicians that conduct the hands-on maintenance at the facilities. (10 - 15 Direct Reports) Would require approximately 50% or more travel within the region. Leads, motivates, and develops technicians Works directly with Store Managers on their facility services needs Leads daily calls with technicians and holds them accountable Oversees budget Manages and evaluate workload Ensure tickets are being escalated properly Works directly with different vendors and contractors if needed Reporting and analytics Recruiting and hiring of technicians
