Plans, organizes, and manages the activities of the Facilities Department for all of the organization's facilities to ensure their safety, reliability, compliance with regulatory requirements, and attractiveness. Responsible for the implementation of the Fire Safety and Utility Systems Management Plans and responds to emergency situations as needed. Manages the Facilities staff and the department's budget. Secures proposals for repairs, maintenance services, and renovations and oversees contractors. Acts as a key resource during the planning and execution of construction projects.
