We are looking for an Executive Support Manager to lead our high-touch technical support team dedicated to Okta’s executive leadership. Reporting directly to the Senior Director of Workplace Technology, you will be responsible for defining and delivering a "white-glove" service model that ensures our C-suite and senior leaders have seamless, secure, and productive technology experiences. This is a high-visibility role that requires a unique blend of technical expertise, operational excellence, and exceptional interpersonal skills. You will not only manage the day-to-day support operations but also act as a strategic partner, ensuring our executive team is equipped with the latest tools and best-in-class productivity workflows. This role will have onsite requirements in our San Francisco office.
