The Executive Search Manager will build our In-house executive search function. The Manager, Executive Search will build our process, service, expertise and capability hiring senior-level executives and critical leadership roles. This role partners closely with senior stakeholders, HR leaders, and external search firms to ensure a seamless and high-impact executive hiring process aligned with organizational goals and culture. This role partners closely with Executive teams, Talent Acquisition leadership, HR Business Partners, Total Rewards, to deliver a high-impact, consultative search experience resulting in highly qualified hires. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in executive search, market intelligence, and stakeholder engagement, ensuring alignment with business priorities and delivering consistent, high-touch candidate experience.
