About The Position

The Executive Recruiting Manager at VF Corporation is responsible for driving leadership hiring across the company's global brands. This role focuses on building a diverse talent pipeline, providing exceptional candidate experiences, and aligning recruitment strategies with business objectives. The manager will leverage their extensive network and industry knowledge to identify and attract top executive talent, ensuring a high-quality selection process and contributing to the company's diversity and inclusion goals.

Requirements

  • Minimum 10 years in a direct recruiting capacity at a search firm or progressive corporate recruiting department.
  • Minimum 5 years with recruiting Executive/leadership talent.
  • Excellent written & verbal communication, multi-tasking, organizational, presentation, follow-up, and negotiating skills.
  • Experience working in positions across the globe and understanding regional and cultural nuances.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in retail, apparel/footwear, digital, and technology industries.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to leverage data in recruitment strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a partner, consultant, and advisor to brand and VF leaders by driving talent strategies.
  • Effectively manage and fill a diverse requisition load for various regions, brands, and functions.
  • Consult with and advise internal recruiting partners on talent pools, industry trends, and recruitment strategy for leadership opportunities.
  • Lead/support VF efforts to acquire diverse and innovative talent across the enterprise through the pipeline of talent you present and your direct placements.
  • Drive stakeholder meetings with brand and talent acquisition leaders on active searches to show metrics and candidate traction.
  • Build talent partner relationships leveraging internal and external data to inform hiring managers on org structures, talent pools, and strategies to find the best talent.
  • Directly impact VF's inclusion, diversity, equity, and action goals by sourcing and presenting qualified executive candidates for each requisition you manage.
  • Ensure an impressive candidate experience by providing a white-glove interview process including branded experiences, exceptional communication, and travel agendas.
