About The Position

Requirements

  • Proficient in logistical mapping and event diagram software.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute all logistical aspects of assigned fundraising events.

  • Obtain necessary permits and certificates of insurance for events.
  • Manage inventory and storage of event supplies across multiple locations.
  • Collaborate with relationship management and volunteer engagement teams to ensure exceptional event experiences.
  • Negotiate and manage event contracts, ensuring adherence to budgets and procurement processes.
  • Lead volunteer committees, providing support and guidance for event roles and responsibilities.
  • Monitor and update event production timelines, communicating progress and challenges to supervisors.
  • Ensure compliance with risk management guidelines during event execution.
