As Manager, Event Enablement, you'll play a critical role in equipping our global field, partner, and industry teams with scalable event resources. This role is dedicated to event enablement-empowering teams with the tools, playbooks, and guidance needed to execute exceptional events without direct planning support. You'll maintain and evolve our SharePoint Event Hub, ensuring a seamless, self-service approach to event execution. Your expertise in event management, project coordination, and communication will help drive consistency and efficiency across Slalom's field events worldwide.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and evolve the SharePoint Event Hub, ensuring it serves as a comprehensive and user-friendly resource.
  • Maintain a global event calendar, improving visibility and alignment across field, partner, and industry teams.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders (e.g., marketing, field teams, and leadership) to gather and integrate their feedback, enhancing enablement tools.
  • Work alongside the global events team to scale and enhance event enablement strategies.
  • Provide clear, structured guidance to teams executing events independently, ensuring brand and strategic alignment.
  • Analyze trends and field feedback to continuously refine enablement tools and identify process improvements.
  • Ensure all enablement materials align with Slalom's brand, messaging, and strategic goals.
  • Occasionally support events onsite (travel <10% annually).

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in event management, marketing, or project management.
  • Strong understanding of in-person event execution, event workflows, and field marketing operations.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to collect, synthesize, and implement feedback.
  • Experience developing scalable enablement tools, knowledge-sharing platforms, or event playbooks.
  • Proficiency in SharePoint or similar content management systems is a plus.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented, with a strong process improvement mindset.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating across teams.

Benefits

  • Meaningful time off and paid holidays
  • Parental leave
  • 401(k) with a match
  • Highly subsidized health, dental, & vision coverage
  • Adoption and fertility assistance
  • Short/long-term disability
