About The Position
This position provides leadership and coordination for the university Enterprise Applications and ERP support and integration. While serving as a member of the Office of Information Technology's (OIT) leadership team, this position will be involved in the development and implementation of a variety of institutional strategic, tactical, communication, and other plans, projects, and initiatives. This position is responsible for directing the activities of the OIT ERP Support team, ensuring the provision of consistent and superior services, while also providing professional development opportunities as needed for continued success and growth. Provides strategic visioning and solutioning for the university's ERP support efforts including ERP operation, administration, integration, state reporting, audits, and information security. As a member of the OIT department this position strives to ensure consistency in communications, actions, and alignment to the strategic plan of the university. This position is also responsible for supporting the mission of the university by delivering technology, services, solutions and guidance to the students, faculty, staff, and the community in a professional, exemplary, service oriented collaborative manner.
