The Optum Health Networks Training consultant is responsible for supporting the development and execution of education and training programs for provider, provider-facing, clinical, non-clinical, and specialty roles as it relates to the adoption of new digital tools and programs. The Training consultant will work directly with the Education Director, and the Provider Experience leadership to improve the education experience across our business partners. This position will collaborate with the Market based CDO liaisons and training teams, the EMR Workflow team(s), the Provider Portal team, and other applicable departments to ensure the success of our training programs. Ideal candidates are creative self-starters with experience in business partner project coordination roles, analytics within and across applications/tools, and an understanding of the education development and delivery process. In this role you will need high emotional intelligence to maintain composure and navigate divergent goals and challenging situations. You need solid interpersonal communication skills to build positive relationships, use tact in sensitive situations; listen well to various points of view; relate well to others at all levels.
