Responsible for planning and managing the daily operations for Epic Resolute HB/PB Resolute modules. This includes the development, maintenance, support and enhancement of multiple business applications. Lead the efforts of a team of Team Leads, Senior Applications Analysts and the Application Analysts. Collaborate with Boston Medical Center staff, vendors, ITS colleagues and other stakeholders to identify user requirements, access available applications and technologies, develop detailed specifications, and evaluate and recommend solution options. Act as oversight to daily on call support, tasks distribution and general support of the EHR Revenue Cycle Team applications. Assess system modifications and project viability and recommend solutions to meet user needs within vendor/application/technology limitations.
