The Environmental Manager is a member of the SC Johnson headquarters Safety, Health and Environmental (SHE) governance team. This role spans across all business units and their respective manufacturing sites, distribution centers, research and development labs and administrative offices where there are SCJ employees. As Manager, you will lead the development and deployment of robust global enterprise-wide standards, tools, and training designed to support safe, healthy, and compliant workplaces. You will oversee and coach to the larger SHE Community of Practice to deliver SC Johnson’s safety, health, environmental and sustainability commitments. In addition to your deep environmental technical knowledge and experience, success is equally dependent on you proactively developing and supporting “champions” within the organization to drive day-to-day ownership for SHE.
