About The Position
Lead, mentor, engage and develop staff with compassion to maximize their contribution to the Environmental Services Department. Responsible for establishing and improving processes for overall facility appearance to meet regulatory requirements and customer expectations. In conjunction with the Director, performs essential functions for the daily management of the Department, including providing operational and administrative leadership and day-to-day management of EVS operations, Laundry, and outside facilities to ensure all operations meet the highest quality standards. Serves a critical role in the planning and development of EVS operations and strategy and tactics, including but not limited to research, budget and work plan management, creative review, and asset production. Works collaboratively as a valued advisor with leaders, staff, vendors, and external stakeholders to support and drive strategic goals. Lead by example and make decisions based on the organization's CARES values.
