About The Position
The Manager, Entertainment Facility & Rehearsal Operations will be based in our office/rehearsal facility based in Orlando, FL. As one of our Entertainment leaders this individual will be managing the daily operation of our rehearsal studio, rehearsal process, oversee the scheduling of creatives and other contractors to support cast changeovers, workshops and the ongoing rotation of our casts. This individual will be collaborating with the Entertainment leadership team to ensure all schedules are aligned and work prioritized with respect to the facility, rehearsal operations, cast changeovers and other business priorities. This position works fully in-person at our swanky Entertainment Rehearsal Facility in Orlando Florida, supporting a 7 day a week operation.
