Monday and Fridays are enterprise-wide virtual work days. Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday are in-person days for associates to spend time together working in our beautifully-designed team areas.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or Military experience.
  • At least 3 years of experience as a Workfront System Administrator supporting 300 plus users.
  • At least 2 years of project management experience.
  • At least 1 year of marketing experience.

Nice To Haves

  • Workfront administration within a Financial Services corporation.
  • Experience implementing or enhancing Adobe Workfront as a consultant.

Responsibilities

  • Support the system utilization, standardization and stability of Adobe Workfront.
  • Act as the Workfront champion and day-to-day resource for our environment's group admins.
  • Lead license distribution and tracking for the 60 plus groups using Workfront.
  • Provide technical subject matter expertise and business process knowledge to teams while supporting business analysis.
  • Orchestrate systems builds, configurations and development/automation tasks for system enhancements.
  • Partner with Product Management to manage complex troubleshooting and assist in recommending solutions to system or user issues.
  • Develop projects and reporting within Workfront to track system projects, implementation and enhancements.
  • Conduct regular audits on group utilization and data to increase system quality, resolve inconsistencies and correct workflow and/or system integration processes.
  • Develop an Enterprise Workfront Annual Roadmap to assist in prioritization of implementations, enhancements and new product release utilization.
  • Set the standards and oversee the execution of basic administration by the designated SMEs.
  • Play a hands-on leadership role in system implementation for system functionality modules, automation enhancements, or new/existing team rollouts.
  • Participate and partner with Adobe Workfront account support to understand the product roadmap and translate it into how enhancements can benefit Capital One.
  • Lead complex, strategic projects to expand and optimize how Workfront is used at Capital One.
  • Leverage traditional implementation process (Discovery > Design > Build & Test > Rollout) to deliver strategic enhancements or new team implementations.
  • Facilitate effective discovery and design sessions for teams interested in onboarding Workfront or enhancing their use of Workfront.
  • Identify root problem statements and document comprehensive requirements from discovery and design sessions with stakeholders.
  • Lead prioritization exercises with stakeholder groups to help determine how internal and tech capacity should be best utilized to drive value.
  • Recommend and document platform and workflow designs using digital collaboration tools.
  • Support rollout and change management activities associated with onboarding and enhancements.
  • Manage status reporting to relevant leadership audiences during the project lifecycle.
