The Manager, Enterprise Systems will lead the design, implementation, and optimization of enterprise-level IT systems supporting critical business functions. This role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and the ability to collaborate across multiple teams to ensure system reliability, scalability, and compliance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience managing enterprise HR systems, including full-cycle Workday implementations and optimizations.
  • Expertise in supporting HR systems.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage vendor relationships.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Workday implementation
  • Familiarity with Intelex

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the administration and enhancement of enterprise applications (Workday, Intelex, and related platforms).
  • Manage system implementations, upgrades, and performance tuning to meet business needs.
  • Lead a team of IT professionals and external consultants to deliver projects on time and within budget.
  • Develop and enforce governance standards for system architecture and data integrity.
  • Partner with business stakeholders to identify requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with security, regulatory, and audit requirements.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives and adopt emerging technologies where applicable.
