About The Position

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Manager - Enterprise Risk Management (Remote). In this critical role, you will support the design, development, and maintenance of the enterprise risk management (ERM) program across various business units. Your efforts will contribute to the maturity of the ERM framework, enabling the organization to identify, evaluate, and mitigate operational and strategic risks effectively. You will also enhance the use of the governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) tool, ensuring robust monitoring of risks. This role offers an opportunity to make a significant impact in a collaborative environment focused on health and safety.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field.
  • Minimum of five years of experience in ERM or operational risk management.
  • Three years of experience in cross-functional roles within large organizations.
  • Strong analytical and technical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in remote and geographically dispersed teams.
  • Experience in a highly regulated industry is preferred.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze complex technical and business requirements to identify opportunities for minimizing potential losses.
  • Contribute to designing and implementing the enterprise-wide ERM program, including documentation of policies and methodologies.
  • Participate in new activities with business and technology groups to inform decisions regarding risks.
  • Support the management of risk champions and liaisons across corporate functions.
  • Facilitate workshops and sessions to assess risks and develop response plans.
  • Support the development of ERM training programs.
  • Contribute to management reports on risk activities.
  • Research industry technology and processes to ensure best practices in risk management.
