The Motus Implementation Team is the leading force behind Motus’ customer onboarding, and we are looking for a Manager, Enterprise Implementation. You will develop and mentor the team to complete project management processes effectively while consulting with our customers on standard methodologies, and resulting in excellent customer satisfaction and product adoption. The ideal candidate must be comfortable managing a team of high-performing individuals with the ability to roll up their sleeves to ensure outstanding customer experience and satisfaction. To succeed in this role, you must possess strong communication and organizational skills and an unwavering dedication to your peers and our customers. You will need to always be looking at opportunities for efficiency and scalability for customer implementations. This role will provide you with the opportunity to work cross-functionally with other Motus departments.

  • Oversee a team of Implementation Specialists who consult on Motus's product suite and follow standard methodologies for successful customer onboarding in Enterprise and Strategic implementations.
  • Report on customer satisfaction survey levels to identify coaching opportunities and maintain departmental satisfaction level objectives.
  • Responsible for the success of your team; identifying real-time coaching opportunities, providing mentorship and timely feedback, and acknowledging successes.
  • Supervise and report on team metrics and capacity to the Director of Implementations.
  • Find opportunities to scale processes for Enterprise and Strategic implementations.
  • Review client list & in-flight projects with your team, ensuring projects are on track, accurate, etc.
  • Provide feedback and enhancement requests to other departments for roadmap improvements (i.e. Product, Marketing) on behalf of the Implementation team.
  • In partnership with the Enablement team, effectively train and onboard new teammates.
  • Support customers in resolving blocking issues and contribute to the follow-up of Implementation Satisfaction Survey responses.
  • Actively provide verbal and written feedback to team members in one-on-one check-ins.
  • Ensure team critical metric measurements and reporting is up to date.
  • Work alongside other Operations leaders to ensure continuity between teams and processes.
  • Partner with sales leaders to allow for cohesive hand-offs between teams.
  • Research new tools and applications in the market to ensure Motus is current with SaaS processes & industry standards.
  • 3-5 years of experience implementing and/or supporting the largest and most sophisticated, complex accounts in a B2B SaaS environment.
  • 1-2 years of experience in successfully directing a team, managing performance, and mentoring team members.
  • Champion process improvements and use of technology to scale team processes.
  • Possess a strong leadership presence.
  • Promote a positive team culture.
  • Effective and self-assured presenter, with a keen understanding of business dynamics.
  • Strong persuasion skills and ability to articulate the value of Motus’ solutions.
  • Ability to clearly articulate sophisticated solutions in a simplified manner.
  • Possess drive and dedication to get the job done.
  • Demonstrate organizational, analytical, and project management skills.
