About The Position

The Manager, Enterprise Direct Sales - Account Management is responsible for effectively managing and overseeing the sale of integrated communication services to enterprise customers, including multi-site regional businesses or national accounts. The role focuses on maximizing sales revenues and business objectives consistently, ensuring that the end-to-end experience expectations of enterprise customers are met and exceeded. The manager will also be responsible for managing and developing sales professionals to drive growth in the business.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • 5-7 years of relevant work experience.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Emotional intelligence and relationship building skills.
  • Results-oriented with a focus on sales development.

Responsibilities

  • Ensures and develops a consultative business-to-business sales culture through strong leadership and coaching.
  • Leads by example by modeling the Company values.
  • Evaluates effectiveness of Enterprise Account Managers and implements necessary changes for effective customer account management.
  • Maintains excellent knowledge of Company's products/services, pricing practices, and selling skills.
  • Ensures competence and continuity of qualified Enterprise Account Managers through selection, training, and development.
  • Develops, plans, and coordinates sales promotions and incentives to meet business goals.
  • Ensures team and individual achievement of all sales and quality goals.
  • Monitors employee performance and addresses personnel issues in accordance with Company policy.
  • Prepares, analyzes, and maintains records of sales and performance activities.
  • Ensures accurate forecasts of annual, quarterly, and monthly revenue and unit numbers.
  • Designs, implements, and manages overall assigned account team structure.
  • Coordinates efforts with other internal teams to ensure effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Possesses excellent written and oral communication, interpersonal, planning, presentation, and organizational skills.
  • Coaches, develops, appraises, and motivates individual sales representatives.
  • Educates sales professionals in sales planning tactics to support enterprise success.
  • Exercises independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
  • Maintains regular, consistent, and punctual attendance.
  • Must be able to work nights, weekends, variable schedules, and overtime as necessary.
