About The Position

The Manager of Enterprise Content Management Solutions serves as the resource manager for the Parallon Business Performance Group team that oversees the design, development, and maintenance of OnBase technology solutions. This role helps translate the vision of subject matter experts into technology-driven solutions that reduce costs, enhance accuracy, expedite workflow, and improve access to information. The manager collaborates across the enterprise, maintaining ongoing relationships with key stakeholders, including Corporate ITG and business operations teams. This position plays an essential role in shaping strategy and evolving processes within this mission-critical area.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree - Required
  • 5 years of relevant work experience - Required

Responsibilities

  • Leads the team responsible for developing and supporting OnBase-based solutions that address business challenges and meet organizational needs
  • Oversees the development, implementation, and maintenance of OnBase solutions aligned with HCA Healthcare's strategic goals and the needs of Corporate Business Owners
  • Ensures adherence to established processes, standards, and best practices and proper utilization of techniques and tools
  • Creates joint vision and future strategies by building and managing relationships with multiple key stakeholders, including business operations experts and vendors
  • Responsible for developing staff through effective performance planning, regular progress monitoring, and coaching
  • Performs in a dynamic environment by keeping all priority efforts on-schedule, ensuring quality solutions are developed and implemented
