About The Position

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: 1. Provides oversight and leadership to Enterprise Application Support Analysts; supports the strategic direction of TDECU by ensuring highly available, critical, business systems, such as CRM, loan origination, account opening software, eSignature platform, and other existing and new systems. 2. Builds and manages relationships with other IT and business leaders throughout the organization. Collaborates with other IT team members; manages 24x7x365 operations of EAS systems. 3. Accountable for system functionality alignment with strategic imperatives and other business objectives. Manages the implementation of changes, when necessary. 4. Collaborates with Business Analysts, EAS analysts, Information Technology teams, and third-party vendors to deploy enhancements; ensures standard change control and change management principles are followed. 5. Represents the Credit Union at industry-related conferences; continually learns and develops to keep up to date with relevant technology trends. Acquires new contacts, establishes vendor relationships and manages collaboration with industry networks. 6. Evaluates, selects, and manages the relationship with vendors to enhance and support the functionality of Business Systems; oversees the implementation of new, critical, business systems and orderly sunsetting of legacy systems; ensures department adequately staffed to provide high levels of system analysis, administration, and on-going support. 7. Creates and maintains customer support metrics such as quality of service and response times; seeks the continual improvement of individual and team results. 8. Provides leadership, technical expertise, and mentorship to new and existing team members. 9. Promotes and adheres to organizational service standards when interacting with internal customers, vendors, or external members. 10. Possesses deep and broad knowledge of technology processes and implementation procedures, as well as a broad understanding of the various business systems, products, programs, services, and business processes. 11. Performs any other duty as assigned by the Supervisor. Minimum Qualifications: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, IT Management, or Business, or related field or any equivalent combination of education, training, and experience. Experience: Minimum of 5 years of IT and business/industry management experience, including budget and staff management.Minimum of 5 years of experience with credit union business systems. Requirements
