Requirements

8+ years of experience in Information Technology or software engineering roles.
5+ years of experience in Professional Services, Consulting, or Engineering Management.
Proven track record of leading remote teams effectively and empathetically.
Exceptional communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
Demonstrated success in cross-functional collaboration.
Strong background in application lifecycle management or change management.
Analytical and strategic thinking skills with a focus on growth.
Familiarity with legacy platforms (Mainframe, IBM i) is an advantage.
