As an Engineering Manager on the Prisma AIRS Red Teaming team, you will embrace a unique hybrid role that combines leadership with hands-on technical contribution. You will guide and support a focused, multi-disciplinary team of engineers and researchers while actively working alongside them as a backend engineer to build and ship core features. This position is ideal for a strong technical leader who is passionate about both mentoring people and solving complex engineering problems through code. Your time will be balanced between managing your team's priorities, career growth, and performance, and making direct individual contributions to our codebase. You will lead by example, participating in design discussions, architecture reviews, and writing high-quality code for key product initiatives.
