About The Position
The position involves leading engineering quality assurance and reliability improvement activities throughout the engineering design process for goods and passenger vehicles ranging from 3.5T to 55T. The role includes reviewing the engineering sign-off process and granting ESO for the entire project. Responsibilities also include setting targets for component level, system level, and vehicle level validation of various parts, as well as CAE life and stress targets in consultation with the CAE team. The candidate will evaluate parts against these targets and provide judgments for approval or rejection. Additionally, the role requires conducting design reviews, audits, and evaluations to identify potential quality issues or risks and recommending corrective actions.
