You will mentor a team of engineers and administrators, drive automation and analytics, and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure secure and seamless user experiences.

Requirements

• 6 years managing digital workspace platforms.
• 2+ years hands-on experience with Workspace ONE.
• Strong understanding of UEM, MDM, MAM, Identity Management, SSO, and Conditional Access.
• Experience managing macOS, Windows 11, iOS, and Android devices.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Experience with scripting, API integration, and automation.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage Workspace ONE lifecycle including UEM, Access, and Intelligence.
• Mentor and guide a team of engineers and administrators.
• Ensure integration with identity providers, corporate networks, and third-party applications.
• Maintain device compliance and security across mobile, desktop, and virtual endpoints.
• Collaborate with security, networking, and application teams to ensure consistent user experiences.
• Drive automation and analytics using Workspace ONE Intelligence, PowerShell, Bash, and APIs.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, SOPs, and policies.
• Monitor and optimize performance, cost, and user satisfaction.
• Stay current on Omnissa and industry best practices and recommend improvements.
• Uphold data integrity and precision in Workspace ONE deployment and usage.
