Requirements

• Bachelors or Master’s in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or related field with 4-6 years of supervisory experience.
• 7+ years of industry experience focused on robotics and motion control.
• At least 5 years of experience leading a team in the Semiconductor field related to motion control and robotics.
• At least 10 years of semiconductor equipment experience.
• Deep understanding of robotics, controls, and firmware development.
• Strong knowledge of PCB board design and FW development.
• Very strong communication skills. High standard of presentations.
• Strong analytical approach to root cause analysis.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team focused on development of Hardware/Firmware for robotics and mechatronics products on Lam equipment.
• Manage Product release lifecycle for these Hardware/Software products. This includes the management of new customer requirements as well as solutions for problem areas.
• Communication among diverse teams including process engineers, technicians, suppliers and customers.
• Working in cross functional teams throughout our global organization.
