In this role, you will play a key part in the engagement strategy of our healthcare decision maker community, contributing to the improvement of health outcomes. Your efforts will significantly impact how we connect with users through various platforms and initiatives. You will be responsible for developing and managing user recruitment strategies, delivering engaging content, and leading conference planning. Accountabilities Support various activities related to communications, conferences, presentations, and platform demonstrations. Lead clinical content strategy and management, integrating third-party content. Curate clinical and economic content through eNewsletter dissemination. Develop and implement recruitment and engagement strategies based on market research. Monitor and report on recruitment and engagement metrics, utilizing key performance indicators (KPIs). Plan and execute conferences for the team. Create marketing collateral and deliver virtual demonstrations. Conduct market research to engage key market segments and present findings. Support business development activities including lead generation. Mentor junior team members in clinical and managed care concepts.
Requirements
- A minimum of a bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
- At least 3 years of experience in managed care or formulary management services.
- Ability to think strategically and tactically in a complex business environment.
- Strong project management, analytical, and writing skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Customer-centric approach with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Ability to present complex information clearly and effectively.
- Experience leading process improvement and change management initiatives.
