This Manager - Endpoint Software Delivery leads and develops high-performing delivery teams by setting clear expectations, fostering technical excellence, and ensuring every engineer is empowered, supported, and equipped to deliver software and applications across enterprise workstations and mobile platforms using modern device management tools. The role builds a culture of accountability, transparency, and continuous improvement, ensuring the team has the skills, tools, and guidance needed to scale software delivery effectively across United’s enterprise. The manager maintains strong cross-organizational relationships with broader engineering teams, application owners, product partners, cybersecurity, and operational business units to streamline release readiness, deployment planning, validation, and post-deployment monitoring. Serving as the central point for escalation and coordination, this leader ensures the team remains aligned with business priorities and delivers consistently reliable, high-quality outcomes.
