About The Position
The End User Experience Manager is a key role within the End User Productivity (EUP) team at SC Johnson, responsible for managing and enhancing the experience of End User technologies. This individual contributor leadership position focuses on governance, measurement, and improvement of user experiences with technologies such as laptops, collaboration tools, and conference rooms. The role involves collaboration with internal business customers, service owners, and external vendors to ensure high-quality user experiences while balancing convenience and risk. The position is based onsite in Racine, WI, and aims to define and evolve the discipline of user experience within the organization.
