The Manager, Enablement – Target.com will play a key role in supporting Conair’s growth on Target.com. In this role, you’ll collaborate with sales, marketing, creative, operations, and external partners to deliver best-in-class content and execution. Your primary focus will be enabling the omni sales team with retailer-specific Ecommerce solutions that improve the digital shelf, enhance the guest experience, and unlock growth opportunities across Conair’s Beauty and Culinary categories.

  • Retail.com Strategy Support Partner with sales to identify growth opportunities and assist in translating them into actionable plans for Target.com.
  • Provide tools, insights, and best practices to help drive performance across Conair’s portfolio (Conair, Scunci, Cuisinart, BaBylissPRO).
  • Collaborate with Director, Retail.com Strategy & Enablement, to execute retailer-specific initiatives to ensure alignment with business goals.
  • Ecommerce Platform Optimization Support optimization of product listings (titles, descriptions, images, A+ content) to improve visibility, conversion, and consumer engagment.
  • Work with internal partners on PDP content, digital shelf health, and SEO performance.
  • Growth & Scalability Initiatives Assist with product launches, seasonal campaigns, and promotional events to ensure smooth execution on Target.com.
  • Help identify opportunities for scalable solutions that streamline workflows and drive consistency across categories.
  • Review online assortment and channel strategy, including assessment of marketplace opportunities.
  • Performance Analytics & Competitive insights Track category performance metrics (sales, traffic, conversion, content scorecards) and share insights with the team.
  • Support competitive analysis to identify best practices and whitespace opportunities.
  • Operational Excellence Partner cross-functionally to resolve operational challenges in fulfillment, pricing, or item setup.
  • Ensure new product launches and marketing campaigns are executed seamlessly across platforms.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in Ecommerce, digital merchandising, or retail.com account management.
  • Strong understanding of retail.com ecosystems and platforms (Target, Walmart, Ulta, etc.).
  • Proficient with analytics tools such as Circana, Partners Online, or Power BI.
  • Strong communication, organization, and project management skills.
  • Results-driven with a focus on optimizing category performance online.
  • Highly collaborative, customer-centric, and data-informed.
  • Passion for Beauty/Culinary and innovation in digital retail.
  • Experience managing or enabling Beauty or Culinary categories preferred.
