Provides strategic oversight and leadership for Employment and Recruitment operations and staff. Manages the full-cycle onboarding process for new hires, ensuring timely and accurate completion of all requirements. Oversees recruitment activities to attract, evaluate, and hire qualified candidates in alignment with organizational needs. Administers employment verifications and manages unemployment claims in compliance with regulatory standards. Coordinates and facilitates organization-wide new hire orientation. Ensures adherence to mandatory continuing competencies and regulatory requirements. May perform other duties as assigned.
