Job Summary Responsible for developing and administering the Company’s employee relations programs and strategies, with particular focus on Human Resources investigations and Background Check compliance. Investigates escalated employee relations matters submitted to the company’s ethics hotline and other communication reporting channels. Provides compliance support for the Company’s pre-employment background check, Motor Vehicle Record monitoring, and alternative dispute resolution programs. Counsels and advises business leaders and Human Resources team regarding escalated employee issues. Reviews employee communications with an HR compliance lens.
