We offer merchants an end-to-end payments solution that provides authorization and settlement capabilities, as well as instant access to funds and payouts. We also help merchants connect with their customers, process exchanges and returns, and manage risk. We enable consumers to engage in cross-border shopping and merchants to extend their global reach while reducing the complexity and friction involved in enabling cross-border trade. Job Summary: This job involves identifying issues and recommending best practices in employee relations. The Manager leads functional projects, provides training to managers, and collaborates with teams to analyze business trends. Their contributions aim to enhance employee engagement and drive process improvements within the function.
Requirements
- Minimum of 8 years of relevant work experience and a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Responsibilities
- Identify issues and recommend best practices for employee relations.
- Lead functional projects and programs that enhance employee engagement.
- Provide training and support to managers on employee relations policies.
- Collaborate with teams to analyze business trends and their impact on employee relations.
- Contribute to process improvements within the employee relations function.
