About The Position
As an Employee Relations and Compliance Manager, you are joining a team where growth, workforce relations, fashion, and comfort are at the core. In this role, you will engage with all members of the distribution center workforce, provide exceptional customer service, and contribute to the success of this facility's operation by giving employee compliance guidance and fostering a safe and reliable environment to work. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality. Must have worked in HR disciplines, such as: recruitment, hiring, employee relations, wage and hour laws, minor employment regulations, and federal compliance.
